{"id":4027,"date":"2020-10-06T19:17:20","date_gmt":"2020-10-06T19:17:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mpc.ba.gov.br\/m\/?p=4027"},"modified":"2021-01-13T18:20:50","modified_gmt":"2021-01-13T18:20:50","slug":"mpc-divulga-3o-relatorio-trimestral-de-atividades","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mpc.ba.gov.br\/m\/mpc-divulga-3o-relatorio-trimestral-de-atividades\/","title":{"rendered":"MPC divulga 3\u00ba Relat\u00f3rio Trimestral de Atividades"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Contas junto ao TCM\/BA, atendendo \u00e0 Lei n\u00ba 12.527\/2011 \u2013 Lei de Acesso \u00e0 Informa\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 divulgou hoje (06\/10), seu 3\u00ba relat\u00f3rio trimestral de atividades de 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">O documento apresenta a <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">produtividade do 3\u00ba Trimestre do <\/span><\/strong><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Parquet de Contas <\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">no que tange \u00e0 movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de protocolos (processos e expedientes), documentos produzidos, participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Procuradores nas Sess\u00f5es Plen\u00e1rias, e um resumo dos eventos que contaram com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do Representante do \u00d3rg\u00e3o Ministerial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">No <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>terceiro trimestre<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> de 2020<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>ingressaram<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> no MPC, via protocolo\/processo eletr\u00f4nico, mais de <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>720<\/b><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">(setecentos e vinte)<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> expedientes (entre den\u00fancias, termos de ocorr\u00eancia, representa\u00e7\u00f5es, atos de pessoal, concurso p\u00fablico e presta\u00e7\u00f5es de contas). Registrou-se a <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>sa\u00edda<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> de <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>645<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> (seiscentos e quarenta e cinco)<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> processos com manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o do <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><i>Parquet<\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> de Contas. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Foram, ainda, instaurados <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>33<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> (trinta e tr\u00eas)<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> procedimentos investigativos preliminares. Ademais, expediram-se <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>68<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> (sessenta e oito)<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> of\u00edcios ao p\u00fablico externo.
